Juho-Matti works as an analyst in Oxford Research. His expertise include immigration, gender equality and family policies as well as evidence-based decision making and using open procedures in politics and research. Juho-Matti is also experienced in mapping of skill needs for different business sectors.
Juho-Matti has coordinated several projects with international networks made for major public sector customers like Prime Minister’s Office of Finland and Nordic Council of Ministers. The projects have had various themes like talent attraction and residence permit procedures, social security and digitalizing public services. Before coming to Oxford Research Juho-Matti has worked in governmental positions covering issues like IT-technology and civilian crisis management. He has knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods and in Oxford Research he has specialized in communications, data visualizations and participatory research methods.
