Oxford Research staff is skilled in the various methodologies to analyze and evaluate the complex issues across a variety of Health and Safety topics. For in-depth knowledge of the professional content of a specific topic we work with external experts from academia and from the Health & Safety sector.

The European Health and Safety Agency play a crucial role in securing minimum requirements a cross the EU-member states and Oxford Research has been entrusted assignments related to among others Musculo Skeletal Disorder (MSD) and how healthy workplaces manage stress. Health and Safety is also a topic for the various sectors such as the construction sector. Directorate General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SME’s (DG GROW) entrusted Oxford Research with an assessment of the occupational Safety and Health initiatives in the sector.

Workforce diversity and MSDs: review of facts, figures and examples

This report was commissioned by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, and the main objective of the research project was to investigate if and how specific characteristics of the workforce (namely gender, nationality, sexual orientation and gender identity, and age) are associated with a greater likelihood of being in a job with higher exposure to poor working conditions, OSH risks and health-related issues, with a specific focus on MSDs.

Evaluation of the ‘Healthy Workplaces Manages Stress’ campaign

This campaign is a decentralised campaign co-ordinated by the European Agency for Safety and Health at Work (EU-OSHA). Member States, partner organisations and individual workplaces can tailor the campaign and focus to their particular needs and priorities, running their own activities and producing their own materials.
