R&D and innovation are key drivers of competitiveness and prosperity in society. Programmes to support research across the technology readiness scale across borders has been pivotal in the EU policies since the 1970s.
Oxford Research has been entrusted with several framework contracts for the Directorate-General for Research and Innovation of the European Commission and provided a number of studies in this regard, including the Evaluation of of the Area Nanotechnologies and nanosciences, knowledge-based multifunctional materials and new production processes and devices in Framework Programme 6, Uptake and impact of SMEs participation in EU Framework programmes, evaluation of the Common Support Centre of the Horizon 2020 programme, and a Study on ex-post economic impact assessment of programmes to support business R&D and Innovation, to mention some.
Oxford Research also provide analysis and evaluations in the field of R&D and Innovation for regional bodies such as the Nordic Council of Ministers and Nordic Innovation. We also have also held framework contracts for the Swedish Innovation Agency has entrusted and frequently provide services for Innovation Norway and the Danish Business Authority.
