Oxford Research is major supplier of research in the field of customs and tax policies. We hold a framework contract for evaluation and impact assessment with the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Taxation and Customs Union (DG TAXUD). In this capacity have been entrusted with over a dozen studies in recent years.

EU policies in customs and tax are vital for the Single Market, international trade supply chain and for keeping Europeans safe. However, they are extremely challenging to evaluate due to the need for expertise in Better Regulation, law and economics, and the sensitivity of the data to be analysed. For this reason Oxford Research’s offer draws on specialised staff that focus on these fields, allowing them to quickly mobilise the skills needed and hit the ground running for specific assignments.
